ABOUT US
London Acceptance Corporation is one of the Lower Mainland's
oldest and most respected "Home Mortgage Equity Loan" companies
and has been serving the communities of Surrey, Delta, White
Rock and Langley since 1978. We are very proud of the reputation
we have built over the years, providing hundreds and hundreds
of mortgage loans for qualified home owners that are unable,
for whatever reason, to obtain bank financing.
Bob Lindley is the President and principal lending officer of
London Acceptance Corporation and has over 38 years of mortgage
lending experience. Bob has been a very active member of the
Mortgage Brokers Association of British Columbia for many years,
has served as a director and chaired numerous committees and
believes firmly in the ethical standards established by the
Association and required of its members.
